As promised, I have been up and on the phone this morning doing my homework. I have talked to people at the FBI, Crime Complaint Internet Task Force and Reporting Economic Crime On Line, which is the Canadian equivalent to the U.S. Organizations. Thanks Glenna for the suggestion below. I took your advice. In case you forgot what you wrote, here it is for all to see. This is how Glenna talks to her “friends” when they no longer kiss her behind:

So Glenna cannot put yet another spin on this, I said I worked for the FBI. I never have claimed to know anything about how things work in Canada, but I know now. Seems like too many of you are afraid to come out of the wood work so I did this for you. Glenna broke into a private group yesterday and thinks she got dirt on us. Relax. We were not publicly saying anything about her. We were talking privately and they said she has nothing with that info. People are allowed to talk freely and that is what we were doing. I guess in Canada they don’t have Freedom of Speech. We weren’t taking the garbage into our groups (but I think Glenna did) and, even if you did, if you told the truth she still has nothing. Seems the only person who continues to lie is Glenna.

For those who have already filed with the FBI, if you didn’t do any of the below, I suggest you do so or ask that this info be added to your case to make sure everything gets lumped together. I will also be contacting those of you personally who have come to me for help, just in case you don’t read this blog. The people I talked to this morning were phenomenal as I stated they would be. They are so interested in putting stops to people committing Internet Fraud. The more people who now come forward—you are just making their jobs so much easier. Do THEM a favor and file. They will eventually go after all her financial stuff but you will save them a lot of man hours if you give it to them direct. I really didn’t think the FBI would take up the case unless enough people came forward. After talking to everyone this morning, they want to hear from everyone who has a complaint. If Glenna, in fact, has thousands of customers and each is out $3, they have a case. Those who have lost hundreds or over a thousand, you are even more interesting to these people. I think a few people who are out a lot of money have already filed so her case may already be going. I don’t have dollar figures from those who have filed because they cannot share that with me, but they have stated they are out a lot.

You no longer need to hide or try to find someone you can trust. Use the below contacts and, believe me, Glenna and her spies cannot infiltrate these links. Relax and go do what you need to do girls. Glenna has now stepped on my toes and has told me to “shut up and go away” for the last time. I am not afraid to call the FBI so I did this for all you out there who have lost money to Glenna. I cannot stress enough, if you wish to use the telephone numbers provided, they are super sweet and informative over the phone. It is hard to sit and wait for a reply from an email, but they are hearing us loud and clear.

These are the agencies who are very interested in hearing from all of you—

1. My first call was to the FBI and he said they have a special division that handles internet fraud over international borders. That is the link in the next item. He told me if I didn’t get a person to answer the phone to call back and he would get me to a person to speak to directly. This was important because I want to have facts and not go on assumptions. Glenna thinks she is untouchable because she is in Canada and we are mostly in the United States. This is not so. Every agency that deals in crimes has a partner agency in every country that they work with and share info with.
2. The Crime Complaint Internet Task Force (linked into the FBI)

I asked this agency if they could give me some type of number that everyone could reference to. I told them a lot of people are out a little bit of money so they don’t have a case on their own, but if we could get them all grouped together, I think this is bigger than any of us really know. His comment to me was - have everyone reference her name. Each time they get an on-line complaint, the first thing they do is a search to see if any other complaints have been filed on this person. She goes by so many different business names, that it is best to just use her name. If they find a previous complaint, they are automatically linked together. MAKE SURE YOU PUT HER FULL NAME IN YOUR COMPLAINT. It is Glenna Prokopchuk and is also stated above. Then they told me to call Canada, because she lives there, and they would tell me what they need to know. Number 3 is that info.

3. Report Economic Crime On Line (this is in Canada)

He basically told me the same thing that the U.S. Division said. People need to file or call the number above and reference Glenna’s name. Each time a complaint is filed, they will do a search and put them together. If you are filing, please save her personal info as they may need that from you as well.

Lastly, RECOL told me that anyone can call the local authorities (not sure what the police are called in Canada–maybe the RMCP that Glenna told me I know nothing about) in her home town and file a report. They will need her name, address and telephone number. They will go to her house directly.

This is the info I gathered this morning. At each of these agencies, I talked to people directly to make sure I did this right. If you want to personally call, I suggest you maybe do it early in the morning. I waited over 10 minutes waiting and I was on the phone as soon as these places opened up.

With that being said, I will now take Glenna’s advice….I am shutting up and going away. Maybe she should have stopped giving people that advice and done it herself. She has made this mess, not me. We really do not care about you non-believers out there. You were warned and now you can go do business with whomever you want. There are a ton of honest sellers out there who would love to have your business if you decide to give them a chance.

There are many statements that confuse me in her little post.

“I have filed a credit card claim with my credit card company in regards to this backordered rings and should receive a refund of my monies either by the end of the month or before”

Here is my problem. I have had to file with my credit card company on a few occasions for fraudulent buys. Each time, the “charged” funds were immediately replaced pending an investigation.

But that is not the real issue. The issue is that she paid with a Credit Card to make the purchase, and people paid her with PayPal. Why should they have to wait for a CC refund to get repaid? Just refund the Paypal money, unless of course, Ruth already spent it. (she has done this in the past.. spent the money, and told someone they need to wait until she gets paid to get a refund).

Either way, the business practices by this seller leaves a lot to be desired.

Yes, it is true that some posts I don’t allow through, only because it is more of Jen and Glenna’s drivel, saying the same thing over and over. I use the same discretion as they do in their Yahoo Groups.

Many of them do not leave thier actual name (although I know who they are) because they do not want to deal with the constant barage of email harrassment from the snake-tongued Glenna.

This is extremely important that the above agencies are made aware of the illegal business activities. These agencies do follow up and they do take your complaints seriously.

It’s as simple as this. Glenna has mistreated a lot of people. Jen is now in business with her. These people who have gone through hell with Glenna are not willing to get into it with Jen as her business partner. Some of these people did finally get a refund after begging and arguing for months and going through hell to get it. Some people gave up and don’t want to talk about it anymore. And some people filed claims with various organizations and cannot discuss the details.

The fact that people are not willing to tell Jen their stories and details and facts etc. does not mean that the stories are false. These are very real people who were very badly burned, and the number is climbing. It is not going away folks. If anything, more and more people are starting to surface to say that they’ve been waiting long enough hoping Glenna would come through and it’s obvious she’s not. I’ve been forwarded A LOT of people’s purchase confirmations and emails. I won’t enumerate the problems, but suffice to say that it was the same story over and over again as to why we couldn’t get our orders, couldn’t get an answer on email, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t get anything. It was almost funny how the excuses were basically the same, with a few changes that boiled down to lies. Emails from Glenna contradicted one another and the lies became more obvious once we began to put 2 and 2 together. Those kinds of things don’t happen by accident that many times. No one could make that many “mistakes.”

If I were to tell you the problems individually, and if someone were to put the question to Glenna about it all, she would twist the details and make up so many stories that none of us would be able to discuss it rationally after that. It would only make matters worse. I know how distorted the truth became when I dealt with her about my single order, and how I wanted to pull my hair out b/c she was so hard to communicate with. Her emails rarely made sense, and when I responded rationally, she would come from outer space it seemed like, and start berating me, calling me names, and telling me how stupid and childish I was. It was amazing.

I had always thought she was so sweet always calling everyone “dear”, and her ribbons were so cute! But once I started to question her about my order, and once I began to show frustration that she wouldn’t answer my emails, and once months went by without getting the order, she couldn’t handle the questions anymore. She began making up lies and telling me the craziest things; it was unreal. In the end, after much arguing and unnecessary stress and tension, after about 100 emails and going over the order repeatedly, only to have her forget again what I was waiting on, after posting to rosiesribbon blog and filing complaints with 2 organizations, she finally refunded me. Whew! And now people think that I should be happy that I got my refund and not say anything bad about her. Like we should wipe the slate clean and shake hands. Ummm, I don’t think so. She gave me that refund not because it was the right thing to do, but because her back was against the wall and the pressure was being put on her b/c of the number of people stepping up and talking about it, posting in blogs, and filing complaints. What kind of person is that?

I personally don’t understand why Jen thinks all these people would make all of this stuff up. What’s in it for them, if they are making it up? They have been harassed and criticized and told that they are liars and that they don’t deserve their refunds — all by people who simply believe Glenna just because she said so. I find it a little odd myself that this many different people who don’t know each other are telling the same story, and the only person contradicting them is this one person Glenna. Why is she to be believed above all others?

It defies logic that people would make this stuff up just to cause trouble. Take normal ladies who are friendly and helpful and willing to share on these groups, and when they say they’ve had a rotten experience with Glenna, suddenly they are liars and drama-starters. It’s very insulting.

As for whether she still owes anyone, it’s her word against theirs. Just b/c these people aren’t telling Jen about it doesn’t mean they are making it up. Just b/c Glenna says no one is contacting her doesn’t mean they aren’t. I just heard from a new person last week who has been sending emails to Glenna and getting the standard “we will get back to you in 24 hours”, and then nothing. Glenna will say that her server is having problems; we’ve all heard that story. You can’t win an argument with her. She relies on her standard responses — either she never heard from you (yeah right), or she shipped it and there’s nothing she can do about it, it’s stuck at the border (yeah right). I’d love to see the customs holding facility at the border — it must be full of packages from bowtiqueribbon!! How big is that building anyway??? LOL!!!!

Is it really THAT hard to believe that she puts on a super-sweet act just to get you into her group, never sends your packages, gives you the run-around until the paypal period expires and you have no dispute, then tells you the packages are all lost in customs? That she takes your money for orders from China, never really orders, then tells you the supplier took her money? Does she provide a bill of sale or proof of payment? Is it really that hard to believe that she turns on you in an instant when you call her out and she sends the most vicious emails you’ve ever seen? That she twists the story around until no one can figure out what the heck she’s saying? That she evicts you from her groups once you make your troubles known, and then talks badly about you when you can’t reply? Is it really okay with everyone that she closes down one yahoo group after another and opens new ones when her main group gets fed up with her, and that she has to then go and prey on new people, until they start to figure out what she’s all about? Have you never seen the ugly side of her? Have you never noticed the coincidences in all the stories about her? What do you really think of someone who tells a cancer patient to quit feeling sorry for themselves, and then claims to have cancer too just to get people off her back, then amazingly gets a clean bill of health? My God, people, wake up! There are none so blind as those who WILL NOT SEE. How many of us do you have to hear this from? What kind of spell does she have you under?

Now, I’ve given plenty of information, as much as I could, and yet I know it will serve no purpose. I am only doing this because apparently Jen thinks we are all delusional.

I’ve asked this question before and nobody is willing to give me the answer. Supposedly there is a list of people that Glenna owes money to. Who are these people? How much are they owed? NOBODY has been willing to give me any information so I can only assume that she doesn’t owe anyone. All I hear is “well I’ve talked to so-and-so and she owes them” or “I was in a group where a lot of people are owed money. It appears that Jen is actually starting to believe that perhaps Glenna isn’t telling the truth. I wonder if the whole fake Cancer episode set off a few alarms as to the lack of truthfulness on Glenna’s side??
